Dang district received an average of 111 mm during the twenty-four hours ending at 6 am today. Rain has been recorded. Since last night, the rain has picked up speed and there has been torrential rain in all the three taluks of Dang district. Due to torrential rains, water inflow into rivers of Dang has led to general flooding conditions in rivers. It is currently raining heavily in areas including Saputara. At that time, due to the rain, the springs everywhere came to life, creating beautiful scenes.

According to the information received from the District Disaster Control Unit, 102 mm of rain fell at Ahwa during the last twenty-four hours. (seasonal total 288 mm) of rain has been recorded. While 115 mm at Waghai. (Total 267 mm), and 116 mm at Subir. (Total 249 mm) of rainfall has been recorded. Thus, an average of 111 mm over the entire Dang district. (seasonal average 268 mm) of rainfall has been recorded. It is worth mentioning that, from 2 pm to 6 am yesterday, about two inches of rain has been received in the entire Dang district. Meanwhile, yesterday, after stones fell on the ghat road on Ahwa-Chinchali-Babulghat Road (SH No.14), the road construction department took up quick action and opened the road for traffic in a matter of hours.
