It rained heavily in Rajkot city today after 8 pm. However, the light rainfall of two inches in about one and a half hours opened the door to the pre-monsoon operations of the municipality. And the vehicle drivers also had to face a lot of trouble as the water filled all over the city. Not only that, the truck got stuck in Sardarnagar area after a large landslide fell. And it was revealed that the road performance was poor. People are raising questions against the functioning of the system when the CCTV footage of this incident is also coming forward.

It is worth mentioning that, despite the rainy conditions from this morning, till after 8 pm, Meghraja called Satsati, two inches of rain fell in just one and a half hours. Following the heavy rains, rivers of water were seen flowing over the 150 feet ring road, areas including Popatpara and Ramnathpara as well as Nanamauwa flooded the road. Due to which scenes of traffic jam were seen in some places. However, even in the pouring rain, the policemen were seen performing their duties diligently.
