Ahead of the commissioning of the new international Herasar Airport in Rajkot, air passenger facilities are set to be enhanced. In which two new daily flights Rajkot-Udaipur and Rajkot-Indore are going to be started from 1st July. Indigo Airlines Company had earlier announced daily air service to Indore and Udaipur from 1st May, but now it has been decided to start this service from 1st July due to cancellation of both flights.

Daily flight flight schedule announced
As per the received details, Indigo Airlines Company has announced the flight schedule of Rajkot-Indore and Rajkot-Udaipur daily flight from July 1. According to which, Rajkot to Udaipur will take off at 8.40 am and land in Udaipur at 9.35 am. It will take off from Udaipur at 10.15 am and reach Rajkot at 11.35 am. While the Rajkot-Indore flight will take off at 11.55 am and reach Indore at 2.00 pm and will take off from Indore at 6.30 am and reach Rajkot at 8.20 am. Indigo Airlines has decided to fly these two daily flights following the demand made by various organizations and industrialists of Rajkot to start direct flights to Indore and Udaipur.

Addition of two more destinations to the flight service connecting the metro city
