A young man has died after being hit by a truck passing through Makarpura area of Vadodara city. Due to which crowds of people gathered and traffic jam scenes were created. After coming to know about this incident, the police reached and started further investigation in the matter.
The body was sent for post-mortem
A truck was passing at full speed near Sai Baba Temple in Makarpura area of Vadodara city tonight. This dumper hit a young man. In which the young man died on the spot. Makarpura police rushed to the spot on coming to know about the incident and registered a case and started further investigation. As soon as the incident was reported, 108 ambulances also reached the spot. The police have sent the body of the youth to Sayaji Hospital for postmortem.
An innocent victim of an accident
Local Yogesh Mali said, this is ward no-19. We have represented many times to the local councilor to put up a bump, but till now the bump has not been put up and no action has been taken, due to which today an innocent man has died after being hit by a truck. Cars go at full speed here. Three to 4 bumps should be placed here. Even from GIDC many people are coming from wrong side.
Unmanned vehicles ply
Dumper and truck drivers drive vehicles recklessly in Vadodara city. Due to which many lives have been lost till now, today one more youth has lost his life.
