A new education policy has been implemented in Gujarat University. In today’s meeting, the admission and affiliation of the college was discussed first. BBA course was closed for 1 year in HK college which will be started. Apart from this, the process of incorporating the College of B.ED which was previously separated from Gujarat University into Gujarat University has been approved.

The salary of Class-3 and 4 employees of the University has been increased
The salary of Class-3 and 4 employees of Gujarat University has been increased. The salary of job trainee was 12,000 which has been increased to 18,000 while the salary of 10,000 has been increased to 13,000. Apart from this, a Board of Sports will be constituted for the use of sports complexes and facilities available in Gujarat University.

New Education Policy applicable to UG courses
A new education policy has been implemented in the UG course in Gujarat University. Certificate will be given during 1 year study from this year. Diploma certificate will be given on completion of 2 years of study. Degree will be awarded on completion of 3 years of study. This rule does not apply in medical and law.
