Saw photos of your truck on Facebook
The complainant said in the complaint that I am connected with the transport business. I have my own truck number GJ.01.D.2 8549 which I want to sell so two months back I took photos of the truck and uploaded it for online sale through Facebook through ID Jaideep Mehta. Then after five days he got a call saying, I am Ramjibhai Nanjibhai Parmar from Junagadh and I have seen the photos of your truck on Facebook and I want to buy the truck.

A sale agreement was entered into regarding the sale of trucks
After this I gave my address to him. Later, the next day when Ramjibhai received a call, he went to show his truck near Hadala village. Where the accused picked a truck and later they were leaving from there. Later on On 08.05.2023 the accused again approached him and a deal was fixed between the two for the truck for Rs.7.15 lakhs. Out of which Rs 1 lakh will be paid in cash and the remaining Rs 6.15 lakh through two cheques, a sale agreement was entered into regarding the sale of a truck on the Vimalnagar main road near Pushkardham and two checks were given for the remaining Rs. It was said that you will get the remaining money after passing the check in the bank.

The check bounced across the bank
So the complainant handed over his truck to Ramjibhai from Munjka Chowkdi. Later on A check given by the accused on 25 bounced in the bank. So, even though the accused was called time and again, his mobile was switched off. After which the complainant came to know that the accused had similarly cheated him by purchasing a truck in Morbi through a sales contract and not paying Rs. Later, on checking at his house, it was revealed that the accused was not staying at the address given to him and was originally from Kankasha village in Mangrol. Now, based on the complaint regarding the incident, the university police staff has registered a complaint and is searching for the accused.
