A fierce brawl took place in Nishal Paliya of Saraswani village of Kalji in Jalod taluka over the issue of tying cattle in the courtyard. A police complaint has been filed in which two persons sustained serious injuries due to sticks flying.

Attack like cattle in your yard
Subhashbhai Madubhai Vasaiya and his father Madubhai Vasaiya living in Nishal Paliya of Saraswani village of Kalji, Praveenbhai and his wife Sitaben Praveenbhai Vasaiya spoke rudely and said I am grazing my cattle in your yard then why are you refusing. While saying that, Praveenbhai said, “You tied your cattle near your yard,” Subhashbhai got very angry and fractured his chest with a stick in his hand and hit him on the buttock.

The police registered a case under various sections
In this regard, based on the complaint filed by Subhashbhai Madubhai Vasaiya residing in Nishal Paliya of Saraswani village of Kalji, Jhalod Police has registered a case against Praveenbhai Madubhai Vasaiya and his wife Sitaben Praveenbhai Vasaiya of Saraswani village of Kalji.
