Sachin Rajubhai Patel, a resident of Balitha in Vapi taluk of Valsad district, was upset with his cousin’s love affair. Sachin asks his younger Shilpesh to come along to explain it to him. When Shilpesh refused, elder brother Sachin killed Shilpesh by beating him with an iron pipe and other weapons. After the incident was reported to the Vapi Town Police team, the Vapi Town Police team immediately reached the spot and took possession of the body, and conducted further investigation. In which the accused Motabhai was brought to the court by the police and the court granted two days’ remand.

Sachin Rajubhai Patel lives with his family at Balitha in Vapi of Valsad district. Sachin Patel upset with his cousin’s love affair, thought of going to explain. Locals saw Shilpesh in a pool of blood and reported the incident to 108 and the Vapi Town Police team. Vapi Town Police and 108 teams immediately reached the spot and checked. Shilpesh died on the spot bleeding due to severe injuries. The Vapi Town Police team recorded the statement of the family members and neighbors about the incident and after knowing the sequence of events registered the complaint of the family members and conducted further investigation. In which the accused Motabhai was brought to the court by the police and the court granted two days’ remand.
