Later Prateek pushed Vishal Singh and threw him in his car (GJ 07 DA 0948) saying that he will not leave today. Deepak Patel’s car (GJ 02 9537) came behind this car. A car stopped in front of Ashish Hotel near Gambhoi on Ranchodpura Chowk, Himmatnagar to Shamlaji Road, Anil Singh, Deepak, Vanraj and Raj got down from the back car. Keeping Vishal Singh in the car, these people have decided to throw him in the dam.

Regarding this incident, a complaint has been filed with the Ladol police against eight persons including Pratik Manilal Patel of Bijapur, Deepak Jayantibhai Patel of Jeypur, Anilsingh Ramsingh Rathod of Bijapur, Vanraj Tejusingh Rathod of Bijapur, Raj Hasmukhalal Patel of Vajapur, Tushar Rameshbhai Patel, Siddharaj alias Chako Kaloosingh Rathod of Devpura. is
