In the Gujarat High Court today, an incident of phenyl drinking occurred by four parties in the court of Justice Nirzar Desai. A presentation was made before Acting Chief Justice AJ Desai by the Gujarat High Court Advocate Association regarding the security of people coming to the court premises.

Gujarat High Court Advocate Association President Prithviraj Singh Jadeja, Vice President and Secretary Hardik Brahmabhat met Acting Chief Justice AJ Desai. Where it was submitted by him before the Chief Justice that security checking of all the parties coming to the High Court should be done. Only advocates are allowed to enter with bags. While the parties are not allowed any access with things of any kind. On this issue, Chief Justice AJ Desai assured the High Court Advocate Association to increase security vigilance by talking to the police.

Along with this, the secretary of the High Court Advocate Association, Hardik Bhrambhat, said that the parties from both sides are coming inside the court. Out of which only one party wins the case. It is understandable then that these losing parties feel hurt. But there is also appellate authority for that. Such measures can never be right.
