The CCTV footage of the hit and run incident that took place near Kudasan in Gandhinagar has come to light. A four-year-old child died when the driver hit a mother and two children on the Activa. The police have registered a case against the driver of the unknown car in this matter and are conducting further investigation.

The driver fled from the scene of the accident
Jigarbhai Maheshbhai Thakkar, who lived in Kudasan Kanam Residency Flat No – D/302, Gandhinagar, had wife Dhartiben, seven-year-old daughter Jancy and four-year-old son Mantra. Jigarbhai runs a Chhaswale dairy parlor at Reliance Chowkdi to support the family. He was present at his parlor yesterday. At that time in the evening, Dhartiben took his son Mantra and left the road outside the door of Kanam Residency on the Activa to give tuition to his daughter Jensi. Meanwhile, the driver of an unknown car hit the Activa at full speed and ran away. All three people were thrown from the Activa on the road.

A four-year-old child died before receiving treatment
Four-year-old Mantra started bleeding profusely after sustaining further injuries. Seeing this scene, Dhartiben immediately picked up the mantra. At that moment, the surrounding people came running. Later, Dhartiben took his four-year-old son in an unconscious state to the nearby Radhe Hospital. Jigarbhai also rushed to the hospital after learning about the incident. Where his son was unconscious with severe injuries, the doctor advised him to take him to another hospital. So he rushed to Ashka Hospital with his son. Where the doctor on duty declared Mantra dead. Hearing this, the couple was shocked. Then other members of the family also rushed to the hospital. In this regard, the Infocity police have registered a case and are conducting further investigation.

Gandhinagar Municipal Corporation system has been satisfied by giving instructions to open basement parking to all commercial buildings. Due to which vehicles are not parked in the basement parking of commercial buildings around internal roads from Reliance Char Road towards Kudasan City Square Mall.
