The Statue of Unity today has become a preferred destination for tourists from all over the world. Now going to be the best destination for art students as well, Statue of Unity Area Development and Tourism Regulatory Authority and Gujarat State Lalitkala Akademi organized a three-day painting workshop at various tourist spots at Statue of Unity for the benefit of academic activities of students of Fine Arts Faculty of Maharaja Sayajirao University. was
The workshop was inaugurated by Gujarat State Lalitkala Akademi Secretary TR Desai and Statue of Unity Deputy Collector Shivam Baria. This laudable effort has been undertaken under the guidance of Statue of Unity Area Development and Tourism Regulatory Authority Chairman Mukesh Puri and Chief Executive Officer Udit Agarwal. Through this, he expressed hope that the Statue of Unity will become the first choice place for art lovers as well.
In the first phase of this workshop, 30 students of Department of Painting, Maharaja Sayajirao University Fine Arts Faculty, as part of their study, painted the beauty of statue and Ektanagar on paper. He put his art on paper.
Regarding this, Jai Shah, a student of Maharaja Sayajirao University Fine Arts Faculty, said that for us, this workshop at Statue of Unity will prove to be an important stop in our studies because nature has inexhaustible beauty in the Statue of Unity area and after the construction of Statue of Unity by the Government of Gujarat. It has become the best tourist destination. We are grateful that we were given a great opportunity by the Statue of Unity Satamandal and selected by Maharaja Sayajirao University.
