The Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, has launched a campaign called Mission Life to protect and enhance the environment in the country. Under which Deputy Chief Constable of Gujarat Legislative Assembly Raman Singh Solanki called upon us to participate in the preservation of the environment by changing our daily lifestyle.

Deputy Chief Constable Raman Singh Solanki was present at the district level celebration of World Environment Day held at Kevadi Eco Tourism Center of Chhota Udepur Taluk. He suggested to save the environment in our daily life by doing activities like saving electricity, cleaning the surroundings, riding a bicycle.

It has been said that a project estimate of 244 crores has been prepared to provide irrigation facility in 55 thousand acres in Chhota Udepur district to be useful for environmental protection. He also said that estimates have been prepared for the survey of 13 irrigation lakes of the district.

During the event, the state level World Environment Day program presided over by the Chief Minister at Ambaji was telecasted live. The Deputy Chief Dandak and other dignitaries planted the trees and distributed the saplings to the crowd present. During the program, all those present resolved to change their lifestyle and preserve the environment.
