Heavy to very heavy rain has been predicted in Gujarat for the next five days. Due to the activation of two systems namely Monsoon Trough and Circular System, Meghmehr is being observed across Gujarat. In Ahmedabad city too, it is raining in many areas today with heavy winds. Which has a direct impact on the airways. In which three flights coming to Ahmedabad have been diverted during the day and many flights are running late. So two flights have been cancelled.
Two flights have been canceled due to yellow alert in Gujarat. In which both the flights are flights coming to Ahmedabad. Indigo’s flights from Pune to Ahmedabad and Lucknow-Ahmedabad are included.
The flights which have been diverted are as follows. Three flights have been diverted from Dehradun to Ahmedabad, Mumbai to Ahmedabad and Jaipur to Ahmedabad in the morning. In which while talking to Airparts Authority, he said that the flight was diverted due to bad weather. Let us tell that all the diverted flights are of Indigo Airlines.

Among the diverted flights, both flights from Dehradun and Mumbai have been diverted to Indore, while the flight from Jaipur to Ahmedabad has been diverted to Vadodara. Still there is a possibility of rainy weather with strong wind for two to three days. So the flight may still get diverted or delayed.
