Raw and cooked shops have been constructed by illegal pressure near Patiya of Chikhodara village near Anand. As a result of which the road becomes narrow, there are frequent accidents. On Tuesday, both the cars were badly damaged when the tires of the overtaking car burst due to pressure. A pedestrian walking on the road barely escaped.

The state government has ordered every gram panchayat to remove illegal encroachments. At that time, the village of Umreth Assembly MLA Govind Parmar i.e. Chikhodara, despite the pressures, many discussions are taking place. The MLA’s son is the sarpanch of the village. However, no action is taken to remove the illegal pressure on the board.

So accidents happen frequently as the road becomes chained. There is a lot of displeasure about that. On Tuesday, two cars collided due to a narrow road. In which a tire of a car came off and was thrown 10 feet away. So the pedestrian passing by the road was barely saved.

No action is taken despite representation in Panchayat
