The Dahod District Educational Sangh Coordinating Committee has submitted a petition addressed to the Chief Minister by the Dahod District Collector’s Office, in which various questions and demands of the state’s granted secondary and higher secondary schools have been presented.

The education of students is being adversely affected
A petition addressed to the Chief Minister of Gujarat was submitted to the Collector by the Dahod District Educational Union Coordination Committee. According to the petition, the demands were accepted before the assembly elections. After three or three advertisements, even though it has been one and a half months since the school started, most of the schools are still vacant for the posts of academic and non-academic staff such as teachers, clerks, peons, librarians, lab teachers etc. Even though the schools are not adequately staffed, the performance responsibilities like U Dice Plus, Aadhaar Dice, verification of TAT answer book, examination and inspection of supplementary examination answer book, online entry of unit test, scholarship proposal are adversely affecting the education work of the students.

Request to grant permission to the Board for recruitment of traveling teacher
For 100% permanent recruitment of educational staff, immediate relaxation of the recruitment of traveling teachers till recruitment of permanent teachers, circular implementing the old pension scheme of teaching staff, circular amending the class-based grant, circular regarding bonus to the principal, filling up the vacant posts in the educational departments, exempting the employees who are eligible before the departmental examination from the departmental examination, one-fifth of the difference of the seventh pay commission. A representation was made to the Chief Minister of Gujarat regarding many outstanding issues and many demands such as urgent payment of installments etc.
