Kaladhar Arya, a former syndicate member of Saurashtra University, has filed a complaint at the University Police Station. The university police has registered a case under IPC section 465, 471 and registered a complaint against the unknown person who sent the letter to Saurashtra University for removing the member of the tabla board as well as other than chairman and member of performing arts faculty.

Former Syndicate Member of Saurashtra University Kaladhar Arjunlal Arya (60) has stated in the complaint that I was appointed as Project Officer/Lecturer from 01.07.1992 at Saurashtra University and was Project Officer/Lecturer till 31.08.1998. then served as Assistant Director Reader from 01.09.1998 to 21.06.2000 then as Assistant Professor from 12.12.2000 to 28.02.2004 then from 03.2004 to 28.02.2010 Served as Associate Professor till now and was working in UGC HRDC as Professor Director from 01.03.2010 till now.

Vidhiwat served in the Syndicate by election

As per the provision of Saurashtra University Act, I have been nominated in the Tabla Study Committee under the Faculty of Performing Arts since 2015, such nomination is for a period of 3 years. 2015 to 2018 and 2018 to 2021 and 2021 to 2024 Univ. As per the provisions of the Act, it was done by the Permanent Chancellor Nitin Pethani. Based on which I was appointed on various posts for a period of three years from 2021 to 2024 in which I served as Aghar Ghen Chairman of the Board of Studies followed by Aghar Than Dean of the Faculty of Performing Arts in addition to serving as a member of the Academic Council as a member of the Syndicate.

Kadkul Reh, Mun. Ambardi dt.Jamjodhpur Dist.Jamnagar Wala signed application Chancellor Saurashtra Univ. Petition filed by the Vice-Chancellor as a member of the Board of the Faculty of Performing Arts in Saurashtra Univ. Saurashtra Univ. against the Saurashtra Univ.

Hardik Gohil made a representation against the Saurashtra University act

In the application, Dr. Kaladhar Arya, who is working as the Director of HRDC of Saurashtra University, holds a degree in Philosophy and has done Ph.D. He is also recognized as a professor at the University of Manayat. That is not a given. Kaladharbhai Arya has got himself nominated by the Chancellor as a member in the Board of Performing Arts Faculty by showing wrong rules and misleading the then Vice-Chancellor. As it is completely wrong and against the Saurashtra University Act, in the past, Rajkot Municipal Corporation’s Nagar Sevak Hardikbhai Gohil had also given a written application to the then Vice-Chancellor in person, which was also carried out and why it was suppressed.

My nomination was withdrawn on 03.01.2023

Accordingly, a detailed application alleging that he has been wrongly appointed as per the Saurashtra University Act, has been filed by the Saurashtra University. Revenue No.-54967 of Rajkot Academy Section inwarded on 29.12.2022 of which we have received a copy thus directly from our various posts without any confirmation of this application or informing us in writing about the allegations made in this application. My nomination was withdrawn on 03.01.2023. We told Saurashtra University but none of our suggestions were taken into consideration and regarding the application made in the name of Nandabhai P. Kadmul, we went to the village of Ambardi to investigate and found out that the person named Nandabhai Kadmul is not in Ambardi village.

I sent my submission in writing to all

I met Narendrabhai Polabhai Karamur of that village, Abardi village, t.Jamjodhpur, and asked him about this person, he said that this person is not in our village and I don’t even know you and I told him the whole facts of this incident. Said, I have not made this application and this person is not in our village. In that regard, Narendrabhai Polabhai Karamur has given an affidavit on the stamp of Rs 100 at the Rajkot location of Notary PC Vyas Reg.No.-53/2023 dated 09.02.2023 and based on this affidavit, I have applied to any department of our Saurashtra University. I sent my submission in writing to all those concerned.

My complaint is against the unknown person who made the letter with wrong name

Thus, the false letter written by the petitioner Nandabhai P. Kadmul Nata.28.12.2022 mentioned in the above application which was sent to Saurashtra University using a false name by some unknown person to harm me, so that against the unknown person who made this false name letter. My complaint is standard. So my complaint is correct and correct as written by me.
