Nilaben Priteshbhai Parmar, who lives in Ambikapark Society on Gorwa Refinery Road in Vadodara city, has said in the complaint lodged at Gorwa Police Station that I am a nurse at Bhilal Amin Hospital. As I am going to work abroad in 2022, I checked the processing agent for visitor visa and work permit. In the meantime, as my uncle’s daughter Regina Parikh also had to go abroad for a job, she signed an agreement with the owner of Sai Consultancy in Nizampura, Rajendra Manharbhai Shah, to go abroad for a job.
5 lakhs were given piecemeal
When Regina told me this, I went to Rajendra Shah’s office in Krunal Complex in Nizampura. Where Rajendra Shah and his son Rinkesh Shah were present. They talked about getting me a Canada work permit visa for 10 lakh rupees. For which they talked about giving 5 lakh rupees and after that they will make a visitor visa in Canada and send them to Canada and stay and eat there will be free. He talked about giving another 5 lakh rupees after reaching Canada and getting a job. After that, I gave 5 lakh rupees piece by piece to Rajendra Shah and took another 10 thousand rupees from me to show the bank balance and notarized it on stamp paper for 300 rupees.
Fraud in the name of taking abroad
After paying 5 lakh rupees, he also made an agreement about it and gave an assurance to send it to Canada within 3 months after paying the money. But they did not prepare the file in 3 months. As the file was not ready by March-2023, I asked for my 5.10 lakh rupees back. So they gave me a check of 5 lakhs, but the check bounced. So I went to his office on July 6 to take back the money. So Rajendra Shah returned 2 lakh rupees and said to return another rupee on July 11. Then father-son Rajendra Shah and Rinkesh Shah switched off the mobile phone and when I went to their office, their office was also switched off and cheated me by not returning my 3.10 lakh rupees.
3.04 crore fraud
Apart from me, 59 other people have been defrauded by father and son in the name of getting visa for employment in Canada of 3.04 crores. A complaint has been registered in Gorwa police station in this matter.
