Collector Tushar Sumera visited the work of beautification of Mataria Lake under My Livable Bharuch at a cost of Rs 4 crore.

Bauda Chairman and Collector Tushar Sumera has taken the helm to make Bharuch Urban Mataria Lake a tourist spot, picnic point and more attractive. Development and beautification of Mataria Lake has been undertaken by Bharuch-Ankleshwar Urban Development Authority (BOUDA) under the guidance of the Collector. About 70 percent of the civil works of the beautification of the Mataria lake garden have been completed. Which was inspected by the Collector on Friday. Amphitheatre, carpet area, art gallery, rear compound wall, view point, gazebo, jetty for boating etc. are nearing completion. Lighting, CCTV, jogging track and plantation work will be completed in three months and the garden will be opened for public.
