Enraged by this, on Wednesday the employees locked the post office and reached the police station to file a complaint against the attacker. And demanded police protection. Following the incident, post office customers from far-flung rural areas were stranded.
According to Chotaudepur Post Office, after the post office started on time on Wednesday, a customer had an argument with the post office official regarding the post office. After the attack, all the employees of the post office got scared and stopped the work of the post office and went to file a complaint against the attacker at the police station.
Hundreds of customers coming to the post office for work were surprised to see the post office closed these days. Customers had to face hardships due to non-operation of many post works. In this regard, the sub division inspector said that our employees are now scared. Normal operations will be resumed as soon as possible after getting police protection.

Our officer PC Jain had a fight with the customer. The client beat PC Jain a lot. All the employees were scared when this kind of fight happened with the staff. So we have all come to the police station to file a complaint. We will not act until the police takes the complaint. We will work only if the police provide protection.
