A children’s parliament was organized in the primary school of Siddhpur village of Khambhaliya taluk to make the children aware of the election process and imbibe the art of leadership. Child Parliament Election The whole process was done by the children themselves under the guidance of teachers.

Candidates made many advertisements to win themselves over. In fact, an election-like atmosphere was seen in the school. All the students who participated in this child parliament election were congratulated by the school teachers.

In order to inculcate the importance of democracy among the students and make them aware of the importance of democracy in the Sri Jagadguru Shankaracharya Shardapith Vidyasabha Dwarka, Dwarka, the school panchayat has the Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Minister of Education, Minister of Kitchen, Discipline and Elections were held for various ministers like Safety Minister, Cleanliness Minister, Tourism Minister, Health Minister, Prayer Minister etc. In which Acharya Kiritkumar C. Kayada provided intensive guidance to the students for the entire election process. Students participated enthusiastically in this election process and voted.

Students voted for the candidate of their choice and won. In this process, polling officers, presiding officers, other staff and security guards were also arranged from the students. Thus, the entire staff friends of the school also gave the necessary understanding to the students to make this entire election process very useful in the real life of the students. Thus this program was greeted with applause by the school’s governing body, the entire Shardapith family.
