A comprehensive review of the current status of the project
The 98th Board Meeting of Gujarat State Road Development Corporation GSRDC was held in Gandhinagar today Thursday under the chairmanship of CM Bhupendra Patel. The Chief Minister as the Chairman of the Corporation gave instructions by GSRDC comprehensively reviewing the progress of various ongoing projects in the state as well as the latest status of new projects.

Road-Makan Secretary Sandeep Vasava and Managing Director of GSRDC A.K. Patel presented various projects and other works of the Corporation including Bharuch-Dahej Expressway before the Chief Minister. In this regard, the CM also suggested GSRDC to lean on innovative financing to develop other sources of revenue. Directors of GSRDC were also present in this 98th board meeting. It is worth mentioning that in the first budget of the government of Bhupendra Patel, an access controlled Bharuch-Dahej Expressway was announced and a provision of Rs 160 crore was made.
