Police have arrested a person smoking a cigarette in a flight. In which the person went to the toilet of the flight and smoked a cigarette. Then the crew member checked the toilet and asked the passenger who smelled smoking and said that he did not do it. But while checking the passenger, a packet of cigarettes and a lighter were found from him. In this regard, the airport police has registered a case against the person and arrested him.

Omprakash, who lives in Odhav, works as an Indigo executive security at Pereva Airport. Last July 24, while on duty, an IndiGo flight from Chennai to Ahmedabad arrived at the domestic airport. Then a person went to the toilet and smoked a cigarette in the ongoing flight. Then the crew member of the flight, Guerleen Kor, said that the passenger had been in the toilet for a long time and after getting out, the crew member smelled smoke in the toilet and questioned the passenger who had left, and answered that he did not smoke. But while checking the passenger, a packet of cigarettes and a lighter were found from him. So he was informed by the flight captain.

The captain handed over the passenger to security after landing at the airport. On questioning the passenger, his name was Dungarsingh Kabawat, a resident of Chennai and originally from Rajasthan. Regarding this, Omprakash filed a complaint against the person at the airport police station and the police arrested the accused and started further investigation.
