A gram sabha was organized today in Budhel village of Bhavnagar taluka, but the atmosphere became heated as the villagers boycotted the gram sabha. However, this is the second incident where the gram sabha had to be closed. A Gram Sabha was organized in Budhel village, but no official except the Talati Minister and the administrator came and the villagers decided not to go to the Gram Sabha as the Talati Minister did not come on time and people were angry that the work was not done on time.

Only four to five people were present in the Gram Sabha, so the number was not enough. Earlier also, the Gram Sabha was postponed on 4.3.23 due to this reason. Thus, for the second time, the Gram Sabha has been postponed due to the absence of officials and the boycott of the villagers.

The gram sabha had to be adjourned due to lack of quorum
A nodal officer and talati were appointed regarding the gram sabha to be held at Budhel village.
