Broadcasting of seeds and seed balls was done at Mangarh Hills, a historic place in Mahisagar district with the help of advanced drone technology. For the first time in Mahisagar district, the forest department has used advanced drone technology to make Mangarh Hill green by making seed balls of khakhara, kher, kanji and bamboo in an area of ​​15 hectares using drones. On this occasion, Minister of Tribal Development, Primary-Secondary and Advanced Education Dr. Kuber Dindor said. A new campaign has been drawn up in inaccessible areas of forest areas where it is not easy to carry saplings and in rocky areas by making seed balls and broadcasting them through drones to different areas in the district.

A total of more than 4 lakh seeds including 75 kg Khakhara and 75 kg Kher have been sprinkled on the hill at the historical site of Mangarh. Apart from this, 200 kg of khakhara in other places of the district like Khoda Amba forest area at Lunawada, Vavkuwa forest area at Khanpur, Bhemapur forest area at Kadana and Mangarh at Santrampur besides Satakunda Phachar forest area and Balasinore range in Zamjar hill area of ​​Virpur taluka in a total area of ​​40 hectares. And a total of more than 40 lakh seeds with 200 kg of seeds were sprayed by drone. With the help of which in the future it will help to make the body hills of the hills green.
