Dropout rate of students has reduced due to PM’s efforts
On this occasion, Cabinet Minister Bhanuben Babaria said that the school entrance festival was started in the year 2003 by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to increase the enrollment of children eligible for school admission in the primary education sector in the state. During this school entrance festival, he used to stress on the students to complete their studies while going to the government schools in the villages and to encourage the girls to take up education. Their efforts have resulted in a reduction in student dropout rates.

Parents should insist on sending their children to government schools

Requesting the parents, he said that son and daughter are one and the same. Daughters star not just one but two clans. Hence, along with sons, daughters should also be encouraged to pursue their dreams by giving them opportunities for education. It is the moral duty of parents to take special care so that girls’ opportunities to study are not hindered and as government schools are adapting to the digital age, parents should insist on educating their children in government schools, take advantage of government schemes related to education.
