30-year-old Amitbhai Fabubhai Khurana, who originally hails from Madhya Pradesh and currently lives in a rented room across from Ramapir Chowk, went for a walk on Lakhajiraj Road around 8 pm yesterday when the rain slowed down. As the road was full of water while reaching Madhav Complex, Amit grabbed the iron ladder of Madhav Complex to jump over the water. However, due to the electric current passing through this CD, Amit was electrocuted and became unconscious.

Locals gathered following the incident. And the people shifted the youth to the civil hospital for treatment. But he died before he could get treatment.
