As soon as the month of June starts, the control rooms are started by the government system. As a part of which, around 10 control rooms have been started in the district and the responsibility has been assigned to the Deputy Commissioners.

Flood control rooms have been started in Bhavnagar, Ghogha, Talaja, Mahuwa, Jessar, Palitana, Gariyadhar, Umrala, Valbhipur and Sihore etc. taluka headquarters of Bhavnagar district, Bhavnagar District Collector has ordered about 12 Deputy Mamlatdars for the operation of flood control room, drinking water in the control room. Any complaints regarding water, cleaning, drainage, lights, falling trees and any other natural calamities should be reported to the Flood Control Room.
The control room will be open 24 hours
Bhavnagar District Collector has ordered the Naib Mamlatdar for the operation of flood control room, any complaints related to monsoon can be made by the people in the flood control room, and this control room will be open 24 hours, after the complaint is received in the control room which is assigned to the responsible officer staff. During monsoon, the government system has to be more alert.
