Under the guidance and leadership of Valsad District Development Officer Manish Gurwani, the Health Branch is conducting daily checks on the clinics of bogus doctors as a campaign to eradicate bogus doctors in the district. Akash Poly Clinic on Becher Road in the city was checked by a team of the district health department and found to be a bogus doctor. A police complaint has been lodged against a bogus doctor who appears to be practicing without a recognized degree or valid document from the Government of India. An FIR was lodged by the CT police station against the bogus doctor who ran away after giving time to bring the certificate from home.

District Development Officer Manish Gurwani has taken action against a bogus doctor running a private clinic in Valsad under his guidance after receiving information about the bogus doctor through e-mail from an aware citizen. A team of Valsad District Health Department conducted a check on the clinics of private practicing doctors in the district. A bogus doctor Kishore Majmudar was found to be practicing as a doctor when the health department team checked the Akash Poly Clinic located on Becher Road in Valsad city. After which the Valsad Jolla health department team asked Kishore Majmudar, who was practicing as a doctor, for a practicing certificate from the Gujarat government. Kishore Majmudar said that he had all the certificates at home and asked the health department for permission to go and collect the certificates from home. After that there was no return. So take the certificate of registration of Gujarat government from home. Action has been taken against bogus doctor Kishore Majmudar who ran away after registering a complaint of bogus doctor.
