The villagers claimed that this allegation was biased and false. Apart from this, it was alleged that they are being harassed by making false complaints every now and then. The people of Tapa village have never misbehaved on these people. In addition, a grant amount has been allocated for a defensive wall over his cremation from the grant of the Finance Commission in the 65th term of the Gram Panchayat. Subsequently, grants of paver blocks have also been allocated within their area.

A cleanliness campaign is run by the youth of the village. In which streetlights have been installed by the youth group, the light bill is paid by the youth of the village. So citizens do not understand why Rahul Jitia has applied for untouchability and fundamental rights. So why make these baseless and false allegations. Therefore, it has been demanded to take appropriate steps to prevent any fact-free and baseless complaint against the natives of the village.
