Police sources said that the police have arrested 52 accused involved in the dummies scandal that created a stir across the state and 12 accused are currently wanted, the number of accused involved in this operation will complete a century. According to the police, since the names of two or three new accused are coming to the surface after the arrest of one accused, it is expected that the names of more accused will be revealed in the coming days and the train of investigation will reach Surendranagar and Amreli after Bhavnagar.

SIT chief and IG Gaitam Parmar said that 52 accused have been arrested so far in Dumikand. During the investigation, many people are under suspicion and it seems that the arrest of the 12 accused who are absconding will reveal the names of some more accused and the number of arrests will cross 100. The IG further said that during the investigation, it is also being seen that the train of Dummikand will reach Surendranagar and Amreli. An investigation is currently underway in this direction.

In the dummy scandal, Yuvraj Singh gave only six names and the police found 30 names in the investigation. Thus, the investigation found that Yuvraj Singh had hidden the names in the Dummikand even though he knew those names. However, as the accused were nabbed, the names of more accused were revealed and it is certain that the names of more accused will surface in the investigation of the accused who are absconding.
