No satisfactory reply despite repeated inquiries
Jitendra Kachdia said that it seems that the attitude of the administrative wing not to expose the malfeasance is clearly visible. In some cases, information is not provided even after giving 3-3 reminder letters. If such attitude continues, we will be compelled to file a writ petition under Article – 226 of the Constitution. We want to collect some information to expose where we suspect in the interest of the public, but the administration does not respond to us as if it wants to prevent the corruption it has committed.
