The accused, who was caught with a quantity of 58.36 grams of MDMA drugs from a car during a vehicle check on the Waghaldhara highway in Valsad district, moved the bail application for the third time to be released from jail in the Additional Sessions Court of Valsad. Taking into account the arguments of DGP Anil Tripathi on the application, Valsad Additional Sessions Court Judge TV Ahuja gave an order rejecting the bail application of accused Shah Jahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch.
Was checking the vehicles coming from Mumbai on 1st September 2021 at Waghaldhara check post of Valsad taluka during which a car coming from Mumbai no. GJ-06-DQ-8479 was stopped and taken on the side of the road. During which the young man sitting on the back seat of the car was going to run away, the police suspected that he was carrying a criminal item, caught him and checked him and found 58.36 grams of MDMA from him. Dungri police seized 5.83 lakh worth of drugs, 3 mobiles and cars and cash worth 7.94 lakh. The accused Shahjahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch, who was arrested in that case, filed a bail application for the third time to be released from jail in the Additional Sessions Court of Valsad. Taking cognizance of DGP Anil Tripathi’s persuasive arguments on that bail plea, Valsad’s Additional Sessions Court Judge TV Ahuja passed an order rejecting the third bail plea of accused Shahjahan alias Shajid Yunus Baloch.
