On the other hand, the work of Himmatnagar-KhedBrahma railway line has also started in Himmatnagar including Amrit station.
After Kutch, most people of Kutch community live in Sabarkantha and Aravalli districts in India and their social relations are also seen now. People of Kutch community living in various villages in Sabarkantha district are economically and socially related to people living in areas like Bhuj, Anjar, Gandhidham, Mandvi of Kutch. They also have to travel frequently to different areas of Kutch to attend social events. Apart from this, those people in Sabarkantha and Aravalli district also visit various tourist places in Kutch area and for that they have to take private vehicles and their own vehicles during vacations due to heavy wear and tear of passengers in private vehicles. If Himmatnagar-Bhuj daily train is started, the labor brothers of Sabarkantha and Aravalli as well as Rajasthan have requested to start Himmatnagar to Bhuj night train for pilgrims and other passengers to Kutch, MLA V.D. Jhala made a submission through a letter.
After approval of Himmatnagar-KhedBrahma broad gauge, work has started after completion of tender process. So the agency has started the earthwork of Himmatnagar to KhedBrahma railway line. Along with this, the work of underground lining has also started in 26 different places passing through the railway of UGVCL. On the other hand, after the inclusion of Himmatnagar railway station in Amrit station, the work has also been started by the agency. While at Himmatnagar railway station, there are four towers of highmask lighting to provide more light during the night. Where now 220 watt lights have been installed against 110 watts. Which has been started in the two towers, the work has started in the remaining two towers.
