After taking an amount of 5 lakhs at 15 to 20 percent interest for the gift shop business, despite paying 7 lakhs piece by piece, the gift shop trader filed a complaint against the usurer who returned the check of the security deposit of 2 lakhs and filed a case in court demanding 6.30 lakhs as settlement. The police arrested the usurer within a few hours and took action.

Hareshbhai Navnitlal alias Nandalal Patel, a businessman residing at 210 Balaji Arcade in Nizampura, took an amount of 3 lakhs from an acquaintance Tarkeshkumar Kantilal Patel (res. B.8, Harsiddhi Vatika Society, Gorwa) at 15 percent interest during the year 2014 when the need for business money arose in the gift shop. Whose security had signed blank cheques. Against which interest of Rs 3.20 lakh was paid piece by piece. Tarkeshbhai then demanded 3 lakhs of capital and paid the amount of 3 lakhs threatening a check return case.
Interest was paid on time
Meanwhile, another amount of 2 lakhs was taken from him at 20 percent interest. 94 thousand rupees interest has been paid against it. Meanwhile, the shop was closed due to damage in the gift shop. After that, Tarkeshbhai again demanded the capital amount and threatened a check return case and repeatedly came home and threatened to pay 6.30 lakhs in the cheque, returned it to the bank, sent a demand notice of 7.30 lakhs through a lawyer and demanded 6.30 lakhs for settlement. The amount which I cannot manage, the case is pending in the court.
Arrested in a matter of hours
Hareshbhai Patel filed a complaint in Fateganj police station regarding this. The police registered a case against usurer Tarkeshkumar Patel and arrested him within a few hours.
