There was an MOU between the IIS Department of Gujarat University, North Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya, under which the Director of IIS and the syndicate members of the university went to a program in which one syndicate member came with his family members. Even after the program was over, the syndicate members stayed with his family. The cost of which was borne by Gujarat University, the leader of NSUI, who was going to present the matter today, was detained by the police from his house last night.

Shwetal Sutaria, a syndicate member of Gujarat University, took his wife, 2 daughters and son-in-law along with him in the program of North Eastern Hill University in Sillong, Meghalaya under the private course running in the university. The NSUI leader was detained by the police overnight
NSUI leader Vanraj Mir brought all the information about which the protest was to be held this afternoon. This message was circulated in NSUI’s group yesterday, after which the police reached Vanraj Mir’s house in the night and detained him from home. The protest which was to be held by NSUI today has also come to be cancelled. NSUI workers and Congress leaders also reached out to cybercrime.

In this regard, Congress leader Shahnawaz Sheikh said that the syndicate member went out with his family at the expense of the university, the leader of NSUI was going to make a complaint today, but the police reached Vanraj Mir’s house late at night and detained him.
