The family members of a bungalow on Tithal Road in Valsad went to Varanasi for the ceremony. During which the smuggler entered the bungalow and smuggled the gold and silver ornaments kept in the iron cupboard. When Kamwali came to clean the house, Kamwali informed the family members of Varanasi that the window of the bungalow had been stolen.

Nimeshbhai Mehta, who lives in Soham Bungalow in Shantini Ketan Society on Tithal Road in Valsad, along with his family went to Varanasi on Fourth of July to perform a ritual after which a smuggler entered the bungalow through a window and stole gold and silver jewelery from an iron cupboard in the bedroom of the bungalow and fled. The next day, when Kamwali came to clean the house, the window grill of the house was found broken, so she informed the incident to Nimeshbhai Mehta and his family, who were in Varanasi. The family members immediately reached Valsad from Varanasi and reported the incident to Valsad City Police. Valsad City Police visited the incident site and conducted further investigation. On the incident site, Valsad City Police LCB SP along with officials visited the incident site and conducted further investigation.
