While the General Hospital in Vyara Nagar is becoming a lifeline for this area, people from outside the district are also coming to seek services in this area. According to the information available at Vyara General Hospital, Nikitaben Hareshbhai Gamit, aged 20 years, was given 52 days of treatment for the critical condition of a delivered Kissabad child in General Hospital. Md. Nagzari Dist. Nawapur Dist. Nandurbar She was admitted for delivery at General Hospital Vyara on 13/5/23 due to labor pain.

Their necessary reports were made immediately and after the investigation revealed that there were three children, the doctors of the gynecology department decided to perform a caesarean delivery and Nikitaben was delivered successfully by the doctors and all the staff of the gynecology department. Babies born prematurely between 26 and 28 weeks should be immediately S. The child admitted to the NCU was having difficulty in breathing due to the lack of full development. So the child was placed on a c-pap machine.

Also, due to the child’s low maturity, the child suffered many problems such as indigestion of milk, intestinal infection, frequent shortness of breath, serious blood infection, non-development of the eye membrane due to incomplete menstruation, blood loss, low calcium levels. All these problems were treated tirelessly, diligently and closely monitored by the pediatricians and the child was gradually introduced to mother’s milk through a tube.

As soon as the baby started taking milk, spoon and breast feeding were given instead of the tube. Mother kangaroo care was also provided. So the child’s weight increased a lot. Gradually, the weight of the baby started to increase and now on the 52nd day of birth, it weighed 1.230 grams. The healthy child was discharged on 04/7/23 with the guidance of General Hospital Civil Surgeon Dr. Inafkal Chaudhary and with the cooperation of Pediatric Specialist Doctors, Resident Doctors and SNCU staff and the child’s parents.
