As various outstanding demands of the government employees of the state have not been positively resolved till date, a meeting of the Gujarat State Personnel Association Coordination Committee was held at the Gandhinagar Secretariat Canteen today. In which the government was demanded to resolve the pending issues including the old pension scheme.

Government employees have been making representations to the government regarding their pending demands for many times. However, till today there is no positive solution to the various pending issues and the employees are angry with the government’s policy. A meeting of Gujarat State Employees Maha Mandal was held in Gandhinagar today regarding various pending demands.

Regarding this, Jayesh Goswami, Senior Vice President of Gujarat State Employees Maha Mandal, said that a meeting was organized today in the canteen of the Secretariat regarding the various pending issues of the employees. In which pending issues of employees like speedy implementation of old pension scheme, abolition of fixed pay practice, pending demand for removal of salary discrepancy were discussed in detail.

Apart from this a strategy was prepared to go to Yojanar Sabha and Rally in large numbers on 30th July at Ramlila Maidan regarding the demand of old pension scheme to give one ijafa benefit to the retired and retired employees on 30th June, permanent recruitment of class-4.

Apart from this, it was decided in today’s meeting to file a police case against Bharatbhai Chaudhary and Satishbhai Patel, who misused the letter pad of the Gujarat State Employees’ Board. Also, a demand was made to the government to resolve the said outstanding issues quickly.
