A grand mass wedding was organized by the entire Muslim community at Rajpipla. In this group wedding, 11 couples have joined the bond of Nikah and started a new life.

Prominent leaders of the Muslim community Imtiaz Ali Qadri, Anwarbhai Shathi, Salim Solanki, Narmada District BJP President Ghanshyam Patel, Jayanthi Vasava, Gujarat State Congress General Secretary Haresh Vasava, Kamlesh Patel, former Nandod MLA P.D. Vasava attended the mass wedding held at Balapir Babani Dargah in Rajpipla. Including political leaders also joined the mass wedding event. This is a commendable initiative by the Muslim community to curb the illegitimate expenditure on weddings.

Especially in group marriage, the donors gave gifts and prayers to the nine youths. The leaders of the Muslim community said on this occasion that for the first time, a mass sadi has been organized by the Muslim community in Rajpipla. The main purpose of which is to eliminate the wrong expenses incurred in marriage as per the order of Prophet Sahib and to bring the society up financially.
