- A Complaint Under The Land Grabbing Act Was Registered Against The Family Members Including Pareshbhai Limbasia For Not Vacating The House Of The 62 Year Old Woman.

Rajkot BJP’s Ward No-5 Ward President Paresh Limbasia is in controversy. In which a complaint has been registered under the Land Grabbing Act against five family members including Pareshbhai Limbasia who did not vacate the house of the 62-year-old woman. A 62-year-old woman has filed a complaint in the B Division police station. In which the old man has said that Paresh Limbasia will not vacate the house bought for Rs 26 lakh from Zilla Panchayat President Bhupat Bodar in the year 2022. As a result of which, following the order of the Collector, the police have registered a crime under the Land Grabbing Act and conducted further investigation.
Filed a complaint alleging that the house was seized
Paresh Khodabhai Limbasia, BJP president of Ward No. 5, who lives near Morbi Road, and his family met Jayaben Bpinbhai Haplia, 62 years old, who lives near Saharkar Road. Paresh has filed a complaint against his father Khodbhai Shamjibhai, brother Gautam, wife Anjuben and brother’s wife Mitalben in the B Division police station on the charge of looting the house of Saharkar Main Road. According to which Jyaben decided to buy a house in Rajkot Revenue Survey 89 Shivdhara Residency from Bhupatbhai Jasmatbhai Bodar and Balubhai Ratnabhai Bodar for 26 lakh rupees.
It was said to vacate the house in a month or so
Bhupatbhai let Paresh Limbasia stay for the sake of building relationship and Paresh told Bhupatbhai that he will vacate the house when he wants to sell it. Before purchasing the house, Jayabhen and the family assured that they would vacate the house after contacting Paresh Limbasia and his family members. Later, he bought the house from Rajkot District Panchayat President Bhupatbhai Bodar on 19 January-2022 and paid 26 lakh rupees with a bank cheque. After buying the house, Paresh goes to Limbasia and looks for a house to rent. Said to vacate in a month or so. Paresh’s wife, brother and his wife also said the same thing.
An application was made to the Collector under the Land Grabbing Act
Even after that, even when Bhupatbhai asked to vacate the building, he gave the same answer. They did not vacate the house after the passage of time, they gave the excuse of looking for a house on rent. Due to which Vriddha himself went with Bhupatbhai to ask Paresh Limbasia to vacate the house. Where Harar Paresh and his family quarreled and did not vacate the house. He threatened to forget this house now and do whatever you want and as the people gathered, he and Bhupatbhai also left from there. An application was made to the Collector under the Land Grabbing Act on 13 June-2022. He said that he himself filed this complaint as per the order of the Collector under this application.
