A young man living in Dungar village of Fatepura taluka went to draw water from a well. The young man accidentally fell into the well and died of drowning. The police have taken legal action.

He slipped and fell into the well
21-year-old Yogeshbhai Ramanbhai Pargi, a resident of Pachor Paliya of Dungar village, went to fill water at a well located in Paliya itself. While filling water, his feet suddenly slipped and he fell into the well and died due to drowning in the water of the well.

The police rushed to the news
As soon as the Fatepura police came to know about this, the Fatepura police immediately rushed to the scene of the incident. The police removed the dead body of Yogeshbhai Ramanbhai Pargi with the help of the villagers by placing a cot in the well and sent the body to Fatepura Government Hospital for postmortem. According to CrPC 174, the crime of accidental death has been registered and further action has been taken.
