The Panchayat Samvarg Talati Cum Mantri exam conducted by Gujarat Panchayat Seva Samhita Mandal at 227 centers of Vadodara city and district has been completed in a peaceful atmosphere. A total of 227 candidates, including 179 in Vadodara city and 48 in the district, were admitted after checking by policemen at the examination centre. Effective arrangements were made in the city district by the district administration under the guidance of Vadodara District Collector Atul Gor and District Development Officer Mamata Hirpara to avoid any inconvenience to the examinees.

A total of 258 calls were received on the helpline
Vadodara District Collector Atul Gore said that 75,210 candidates appeared in the Talati exam in Vadodara city and district. Out of which 51,893 candidates took the exam today, while 23,317 candidates were absent. A smooth police presence was arranged by the police force to maintain law and order situation at the examination centers so that the candidates could take the examination without any malpractice and without fear. Not only this, so that the candidates get proper guidance regarding the examination center by the district administration. The helpline was launched on May 4. A total of 258 calls were received on the helpline. Most of the calls received by the candidates are regarding the information about the exam center and distance. The helpline team provided proper guidance to the candidates.

Monitoring of the entire examination process through CCTV
For the smooth conduct of the examination, one center administrator per school, one invigilator and supervisor per class room along with one board representative, supervisor and assistant route supervisor were also appointed by the district administration. All examination centers were equipped with CCTV cameras. The entire examination process was monitored by CCTV, flying squads besides senior officials of the district.

Sigma Uni provided its own buses
ST to go to Waghodia by district administration. Special buses were placed by the department. Parul and Sigma University cooperated with the system and provided their own buses to transport the candidates to the examination centre. Gore added that the police system has also made arrangements with a humane approach to the candidates. Apart from this, arrangements were made by the city police system to help any candidate who gets stuck at the traffic point.

Additional 21 buses came to operate
S. Extra buses were also operated by T for the ease and punctuality of the examinees to reach the examination center. A help desk was started at Vadodara bus station. On the day of examination S. T. Additional 21 buses were operated at Surat, Dahod, Jhalod, Virpur, Santrampur, Baria, Godhra and Lunawada and 1294 candidates were transported to the examination center through 24 trips.
