In which the case was heard in the court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate First Class of Dahod, the court accepted the arguments of Mitalbhai’s lawyer Javed Mansuri and Altaf Hussain Mansurina and found the accused Sandip Kumar Kanaiyalal Soni guilty and ordered him to pay a two-year sentence and to pay double the check amount of 10 lakh rupees.
