But the businessman did not get the loan money and the bank manager and the person filed a complaint in the police station and conducted an investigation.
If the loan is approved, I will take 10 percent commission
Living in Narol, Ahmedabad, Jitendra Chavda supports his family by owning a tailoring factory. In which in last 2017, he had a meeting with Narol Canara Bank manager Rimesh Sharma to take a loan as he had to buy sewing machines. At that time, he spoke to Ghanshyam, who lives in the neighborhood, saying that he would not get a loan without a quotation, and he arranged with Dinesh Prasad Jamedar. In which Dinesh Prasad said that I will give a quotation so your loan will be approved and from which I will take 10 percent commission.
7 lakhs of CC loan withdrawn
After which 7 lakhs of CC loan was deposited in Jitendra’s bank account and 9 lakhs in the account of Victory Enterprises. After that Jitendra investigated and found that the signed blank checks were given to the bank manager. By misusing his position with those cheques, he made false transactions of 63 lakhs and withdrew 7 lakhs of CC loans on the basis of blank cheques. In this regard, the businessman has filed a complaint against the bank manager Rimesh Sharma and Dinesh Prasad at the Narol police station.
