In the city of Rajkot, near monsoon, the health department has been running on increasing mosquito-borne epidemics. And checking has been started everywhere for two days to stop the breeding of mosquitoes. It has been revealed that the hospitals where people go for treatment have become the home of the epidemic. The health department was also shocked to find mosquito larvae in the cellars of 16 major hospitals including Sterling, Sarthi, Olympus and Agassi, which inspected more than 150 hospitals. And necessary action has been taken by issuing notice to all these hospitals.

Mosquito bites were found

Out of which 16 hospitals have issued notices after finding mosquito breeding sites. Site visits will be conducted in these hospitals again in the coming days. And again, if mosquito larvae are found there, a fine will also be collected from them as an administrative charge.

Checking will be done
As the Civil Hospital of Rajkot is the biggest in Saurashtra, checking is also done there. A letter has also been written to the Civil Superintendent. Apart from this, Malaria department teams will visit Civil and check all places including Agasi. Apart from this, sanitary inspectors of government organizations are also given special training to prevent the breeding of mosquitoes. Even from such a place, if mosquito larvae are found, it is given a notice and visited again. And if the larvae are found again, administrative charges will be levied as per the provisions of the law.

Breeds received from 18 hospitals
Vaishaliben Rathore of Malaria Department said, Monsoon is near now. And since June is being celebrated as anti-malaria month, checking is being done. In which checking is being done today in the hospital on Vidyanagar road regarding carrier control. This checking has been done in 150 hospitals in three days. In which breeds have been found from 18 hospitals in total. For the first time as per the rules notice has been given to these hospitals. And further penal action will be taken if breeding is not eliminated. It is really serious to find other disease-carrying mosquitoes in places where patients come to recover. Then the hospital managers also need to be very careful.
