Installation of flow meter and pump set at North Harani tank of the city and connection of water line to Darjipura will be done by the water supply department of the municipality. Due to which 1 lakh people of Harni and Darjipura area will face drinking water problem on July 6 and 7.

Under the smart city project in the city, the municipality has placed water tanks at every water tank to know the water flow and pressure. Installation of flow meter and new pump set will be done by the municipality at North Harni tank. Moreover, the connection work of the line to Darjipura will also be done on Thursday 6th July.

Because of this, after morning water distribution, water will not be distributed in the evening from North Harani tank to the area towards Rajeshwar Gold and Siddharth Bungalow. Also, water will not be distributed from Darjipura Booster on Friday, July 7. After completion of both the works, water will be supplied from North Harani tank to Harani village and the command area around the tank in the morning with delay and light pressure. Due to this operation, approximately 1 lakh people will face water problem.
