The Ring 4K Collection Release Faces Brief Delay, Set to Ring In 2024

Scream Factory enthusiasts will need to wait a bit longer for The Ring 4K Collection as its release date has been postponed to early 2024. Initially scheduled for the upcoming month, the delay aims to grant the restoration team ample time “to create the best possible brand-new 4K transfer of The Ring (2002), as supervised by Director Gore Verbinski.”

A Brief Recap of The Ring Legacy

The Ring, a reimagining of Hideo Nakata’s iconic 1998 Japanese horror film Ringu, became one of the most successful Western adaptations of Asian horror.
