Upcoming IPO This Week: The Indian stock market is going to be very busy this week. Four initial public offerings (IPOs) will open this week, while six companies will list on stock exchanges in the next five days. This means that this week is going to be very busy for investors. Let’s know which companies are going for IPO and which companies will get listed.

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank

Utkarsh Small Finance Bank’s IPO will be the only mainboard offering, opening on July 12 with a price band of Rs 23-25 per share. This Rs. 500 crore IPO will close for subscription on July 14. While its anchor booking for institutional buyers (QIB) will be open for one day on July 11. The bank has reserved 75 per cent of the IPO for QIBs, 15 per cent for high net worth individuals and the remaining 10 per cent for retail investors. The company says that it has decided to bring an IPO to raise capital for the future.

Kaka Industries’ IPO

The remaining three IPOs are of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Polymer-based profile maker Kaka Industries’ offer will open for bidding on July 10, with an anchor book on July 7 at Rs. After collecting over 6 crores. Company Rs. 55-58 per share at Rs. 21.23 crore planned to be collected. This offer will close on 12th July.

of Ahasolar Technologies IPO

Solar energy solution provider Ahasolar Technology Company’s Rs. 12.85 crore IPO will also open on July 10. Its issue price has been fixed at Rs 157 per share and the offer will close on July 13.

Service Care ipo

Staffing and outsourcing services provider ServiceCare IPO will open on July 14 and close on July 18. The issue price for the IPO with 30.86 lakh shares is yet to be decided.

The IPO of these companies will be listed

Cyient DLM

Electronics manufacturing and solution provider Cyient DLM will list on July 10. Its last issue price has been fixed at Rs 265 per share. Experts believe that Cyient DLM will have a bumper listing.

Senko Gold

Kolkata-based jewelery retailer Senko Gold will list on July 14. per share in the gray market at Rs. 317 was trading at a premium of 35 per cent to the last issue price.

SME Four listings from the segment

PET stretch blow molding machine manufacturer Global Pet Industries will make its market debut on July 10. Synoptics Technologies and Tridhya Tech will list on July 13. And a day later AlphaLogic Industries will be listed.

Drone training provider Drone Destination’s IPO opened on July 7, and bidding for AccelerateBS, which opened a day earlier, will close on July 13 and July 11.
