Center regarding posting-transfer of officers and AAP Controversy between Govt

On the other hand, there is a dispute between the Center and the AAP government regarding the posting and transfer of government officials in Delhi. In this matter, the Delhi government has challenged the central ordinance by filing a petition in the Supreme Court. The hearing is going on.

Before the meeting, Arvind Kejriwal said that he has opposed bringing the GST network under the purview of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA). Arvind Kejriwal says that now the central government will throw any industrialist in jail whenever it wants.

Delhi CM tweeted, Most traders do not pay GST. Some forced, some intentional. A few days ago, the central government also included GST in ED. This means that now if a trader does not pay GST, the ED will directly arrest him and there will be no bail. The GST system is so complicated that even those who pay full GST can get caught in some provision and go to jail. That is, the central government will send any industrialist of the country to jail whenever it wants. This is very dangerous.

The CM further said that instead of doing business, businessmen will go around protecting themselves from ED. The small traders of the country will also fall under its spell. No trader will be spared. This is very dangerous for the country’s economy. GST Council meeting today. I hope everyone will speak against it. Central government should take it back immediately.
